why do we get frustrated? how do we get frustrated so easily?..its weird because i could be having a good day and then just one thing can set me off.. is it my quick temper, what people do/say, or just my need to be right?.. what ever it is, i need to remember to not get so upset so quickly.. but how do i stay calm when people are frustrating or things get me upset?..


how do we "keep our cool" when other people are making us feel otherwise?.. i think the bigger questions is, is it really the fault of other people or do we ultimately make ourselves feel the way we do?..i just know that i need to work on my frustration and quick to anger.. it does not reflect well on myself, and it definitely does not make other people want to be around me..

i think that's the answer that i'm looking for.. i just need to be mindful of my anger and try to stay calm.. hopefully i will be able to subside this bad characteristic and it will make for stronger relationships, a calmer inner self, and a more peaceful life..
