how do you make me feel so loved?
isn't it crazy how one person can
wash all your worries away,
make you laugh so hard,
repair a broken heart,
create a sense of peace,
just make the world better.
as the tears flowed from our eyes
you turned to me and asked,
"why is it so hard?"
i held your hand,
squeezed it tight,
and felt my heart break.
life is so easy with you,
why does it ever have to stop?
the first day back is
always the hardest..
but i don't want any day
to be hard for you.

one of the best things
that has ever happened to me.
you are one of a kind,
you make life easier,
you love so freely and fully,
you show me pure joy,
you create hope.
life may be hard,
