feels like i'm all the way
back where i belong"
this past weekend i got to go to san diego.. it felt like i was back where i belong.. although it is completely different now that i no longer attend USD, or even work there, being in san diego definitely felt like the place i am meant to be.. i do not know what is going to happen in the future, but i know that i will always have a home in san diego..
i was talking with some alumni of USD and it was great to see other people share the same love of USD that i have.. we were talking about the fact that USD is a different college experience than what most people have.. it is inviting, held together with a strong community, and a sense of home.. i know i had a very unique college experience, one that i wouldn't trade for anything.. and its nice to know that other people had the same experience as well..
it is challenging to move on to a new journey and leave the comforts of community, close friendship, comfortability, and love.. but life is about experiencing new things and taking on new adventures.. however, its nice to know that no matter how long the amount of time, or where you have been, you always have a place to call home.. USD holds a special place in my heart and i am lucky to know that i will always a part of the community there
